This is an Australian favourite recipe in the hot summer months outdoors on the BBQ, served with grilled onions, eggs, buttered buns and a salad. Oh and dont forget the beer or your choice of beverage.
Line a grill tray with alfoil and with a sharp knife cut the alfoil where the drain holes are so fat from the sausages can drain into the bottom tray. Place the sausages at the back of the tray and the lamb chops in the front then close the grill ( leaving a 1 inch gap if it is a electric or gas sliding door grill that is under the stovetop. ) Turn grill to high and cook for 6 to 8 minutes then turn meat over and cook for 6 minutes more, remove the meat and place the bacon and tomatoes under the hot grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side while you are serving out the meat onto plates
This can be cooked outside on the barbeque and even in a outdoor roaster with a hood also in a fry pan but there will be a lot of fat.
