Easy and very tasty. Definitely add one or two diced jalapeño peppers to spice it up a bit

This was really good and easy to make. The first time I made it the ground beef was a bit bland. The second time I made it we made the ground beef with taco seasoning (seasoned myself, but could use packaged to be quicker), and it came out wonderful with great flavor. My husband commented how good it was this last time. I too layered the corn tortillas starting with sauce on bottom

Very easy a tasty. Could use just a little more kick, next time I will add some jalapeños.

Good recipe to have kids help with. Pair of kitchen shears and a package of tortillas -> happy helpers

LOVED this! We replaced the corn tortillas with corn chips, and it was delicious. Also, we served this with sour cream and lettuce.

Good way to satisfy enchilada craving with less hassle

It was really easy 2 make. It tasted soooo good!!! I added a few sliced black olives before layering the cheese.

My husband raved about this dish! I used ground turkey instead.

Instead of cutting the tortillas I just layered everything and so the tortillas didnot stick to the pan I put a thin layer of enchilada sauce. I also added rotel tomatoes they have the green. Chiles in the can. My family loved it! Another under 30 minute meal!

I was hesitant at first due to just putting the shells in the mix. This dish turned out amazing my family of five thought it was a hit. Simple recipe that I will make again.

This is delicious. I added a can each of drained red kidney beans and black beans to add extra texture.
