unljayhawk ,This is now one of our favorite dishes. We loved it! We used extra tortillas. It wasn't mushy in the least.12y
akw135 ,Great tasting and easy to make! I cut the amount of sauce required by half and the dish turned out thick... Not mushy.12y
sujen ,My family lived this! I added a can of pinto beans to it to add some fiber and nutrition. It was still great!12y
hneisemann ,Super easy and very yummy. Husband approved. I made mine with ground turkey and 98% fat free cream of chicken and cream of mushroom.12y
saucymom63 ,I added sour cream as suggested by another reviewer to help thicken it up. The first day it tasted good but seemed to be a mushy mess. We ventured to have it as leftovers and it was delicious. It had thickened up but we decided to fry some more corn tortillas and place the casserole in as the filling. Very tasty.13y
docmuck ,Try this today adding salsa and sour cream in before baking plus was short on shells so cooked couple handfuls of half cooked egg noodles and YUM! Thanks, will be cooking again.13y
goodie2hands ,I love to take everyones suggestions and merge them into a super recipe! I added a cup and a half of sour cream and a cup of the cheeses to the casserole mix and this helped the runny problem (as long as you let the finished product cool a few minutes before serving). I used a can of chiles and a can of jalapeños for spiciness and added some cumin to add to the flavor. I accidentally got one can of red enchilada sauce and one can of green enchilada sauce but it turned into one of those good accidents. Finally I chopped up some roma tomatoes and put them on top right before I covered the top with double cheese! It really was good and I'll make it again! I can't eat something on the plain Jane side so I'm glad I could use everyones suggestions and make it that much better! Thanks y'all!13y
akwilson4 ,Really good! My family loved it. I loved how easy it was to make. Next time I'd add some cumin and chili powder as well as some Jalapeno juice. It just needed some kick. Even with the chili's it wasn't zippy enough for us. We ended up adding some hot pepper sauce after it was done. Definitely making this again!13y
mkinsfl ,Wow! So easy and tasted fantastic...was a major hit. Will definitely make again soon.13y
rdty ,Very good. Left out the chili's (wimpy wife and kids LOL) and added hot sauce to mine. Very good!13y
wowarriella ,As I made this for just my husband and myself I cut the recipe in half... though twice the cheese! It tasted delicious and I will definitely make this again - maybe next time adding the sour cream as some others have suggested. Thanks for a great, quick and easy recipe!13y
kelleyrachael ,This was pretty good to me, although it wouldn't have been as good if I hadn't added black olives, chopped tomatoes, sour cream and salsa after it was cooked. My 13 yr old daughter didn't like it but I thought it was pretty good.13y
sarahrecinos ,I added Refried beans n made my own enchilada sauce! I made it for my husbands birthday n it was a hit!13y
hottamales ,Yes, this is a great recipe. we like spicy food so I used Medium enchilada sauce and added a few jalapenos as suggested in other reviews. I served tortilla chips with this and it was great!!!13y
