Ready in 25 minutes
Quick, easy, and delicious.
"Made this tonight and it was very good! Tweaked it a little by adding salt, pepper and a tiny bit of paprika before dipping in egg. I used gluten-free flour instead of breadcrumbs and cooked in olive oil instead of butter. After summering, I put it in a baking dish and added the cheese and baked for 10 minutes before broiling for a few to brown the cheese. I've never made chicken Parmesan before, but it came out SO good, this is a definite keeper. "- scariel

Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Dip chicken in egg, and dredge in breadcrumbs.
Cook chicken in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley; cover and simmer 5 minutes, or until cheeses melt.

katiewirth13 3 months agoIt was very good! My husband loved it. Steamed some broccoli for the side, but it took longer than 20 minutes for sure
dacady 3 months agoThe meal itself was delicious but the name of this recipe needs tweaking. The chicken alone takes 20 minutes but when you add the other items (spaghetti, sauce, and cheese) it is at least an hour to make. We use all fresh ingredients so my opinion may not effect everyone.
