Quick, easy, and delicious."Made this tonight and it was very good! Tweaked it a little by adding salt, pepper and a tiny bit of paprika before dipping in egg. I used gluten-free flour instead of breadcrumbs and cooked in olive oil instead of butter. After summering, I put it in a baking dish and added the cheese and baked for 10 minutes before broiling for a few to brown the cheese. I've never made chicken Parmesan before, but it came out SO good, this is a definite keeper. " - scariel

20-Minute Chicken Parmesan Preparation
Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Dip chicken in egg, and dredge in breadcrumbs.
Cook chicken in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheeses and parsley; cover and simmer 5 minutes, or until cheeses melt.
