Nath450 , 3 months agoHaven't made this recipe in years. Glad I found this great refresher. To save even more time, you can buy thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken at your local grocer. Also, I like the added crunch that Panko style bread crumbs have. Give thoes a try!
4nicole , 4 months agoAMAZING!!!! I love it and my husband does!! Only thing u recommend is maybe making sure you season the chicken. I followed this recipe exactly and I think it could've been slightly better if I would have, but nothing to change the outcome of this delicious recipe !! I didn't have a rolling pin to smoosh the chicken, so I cooked the chicken outsides in a pan & then put the chicken in the oven with the sauce & cheese at 350 :) works wonders
mrscourtneyporter , 5 months agoMade this for the whole family and everyone loved it! Paired it with angel hair pasta, garlic French bread and salad. Even my picky T1 daughter asked for seconds! Definitely going on the weekly meal plan!
