My family loves this dish. I made it for the third time tonight. It is definitely part of my meal plans. I have served it with asparagus. Tonight we had a side salad. Yummy!

I sprinkled paprika, salt and pepper on the chicken before I breaded it. Turned out better than any we've eaten at fancy Italian restaurants.

I have never made Chicken Parmesan and very rarely have ever made anything breaded. Although this took me more that 20 minutes, everyone loved it! My snoopy step-grandson had seconds! Hubby says this is something I should definitely make again.

Amazing! I made a small change by cooking it in a cast iron skillet, then topped with additional cheese & baked it in the oven to melt the cheese to a golden brown. I will definitely make this again. Loved it!!!

i made this dish last week, and i must say that this is now one of my favorite dishes. the chicken was so tender that you needed no fork to cut it. my wife said that it taste better than olive this app...

Omg! So yummy... I actually followed MauraSpeckt's changes just so that it was a little less fattening and a little more healthy. This recipe is amazingly good. I will definitely make this again.

What was missing in flavor was somewhat made up by the simplicity of this dish. I only say this because the only seasoning came from the prepackaged ingredients. Not bad in a pinch, but I needed to tweak it a little with some salt and ground black and white pepper, and a shake of cayenne pepper too. My little family was ambivilent to it, so it was not bad at all. Just doctor it up some to get the taste you want!
