veerquilt ,Substituted one cup of beef broth for the water. Used boneless chuck roast. Came out perfectly. Will definitely make this again.

peace2u2 ,I have baked the roast @ 350. For one hour it is done! So I just bake for one hour &.water/beef broth if I want make gravy. Turns out greateverytime!
