peace2u2 , 2 years agoI have baked the roast @ 350. For one hour it is done! So I just bake for one hour &.water/beef broth if I want make gravy. Turns out greateverytime!
Pattyirl329 , 2 years agoI thought I made a great beef roast but this was fantastic! I did make a few adjustments. I used fresh garlic which I put thin slices into roast by inserting paring knife and put salt and pepper directly onto roast instead of in flour. I
