| 800 gramsLamb fillets; cut into cubes, i used Lamb backstraps |
| 1 Onion; chopped |
| 2 clovesGarlic |
| 1 bunchCoriander fresh |
| 2 tablespoonLemon juice |
| 2 tablespoonWhite wine |
| 1 tablespoonolive oil |
| 1 teaspoonGround coriander |
| 1 tablespoonGaram masala |
| 2 smallRed chillies |
| 1 teaspoonTurmeric |
Coriander and Chilli Lamb Kebabs Preparation
Place all ingredients other than meat in a food processor and blend until well combined.
Thread meat onto skewers (if using bamboo, pre soak for 30 minutes), and place in a shallow dish.
Pour over marinade, turning kebabs to coat thoroughly. Cover with plastic cling film and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a grill plate or BBQ grill until hot. Grill kebabs for 2 minutes each side- 8 minutes in total- or until done to your liking.
During cooking brush kebabs with leftover marinade.
Serve with a salad or vegetables.

1 serve= 2 units protein, 1 unit vegetables, 2 units fats
