This is the Frozen Fruit Salad my Grandmother made every Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is our Family Tradition and a must have at Christmas.

Original recipe makes 16
1 cream cheese; (8 oz)
1/3 cupPowdered sugar
3/4 tspVanilla
1/3 cupMayonnaise
1 peaches; 16oz drained
1/3 cupcherry; halves
1 fruit cocktail; (16 oz) drained
1 crushed pineapple; (8 oz) drained
2 cupsmini-marshmallows
1/3 cupwhipping cream; whipped
6 dropsred food coloring

Grandma Retzke's Frozen Fruit Salad Preparation

Fold fruit into cream cheese. Fold whipped cream into fruit mixture.

Add coloring until pink. Put into mold. Freeze until firm. Serve

frozen.

Notes

Do not substitue anything for for the mayonaise. You can use light mayonaise and light cream cheese to cut some fat and calories.

Sometimes I don't even bother freezing this and serve it as a Fluffy Fruit Salad.
