In a tasty soy sauce marinade.
"This is a great recipe! Made it twice in a week! The first time, made it with another entree - the shrimp were the first to be finished off! Some modifications made-didn't use onion, used low sodium soy sauce, and added a tbsp of teriyake sauce."- lscardigno

Combine lemon juice, oil soy sauce, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic in a shallow dish; set aside. This is your marinade.
Arrange shrimp on 6-inch bamboo skewers and place in marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade. Place shrimp on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan.
Broil 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with remaining marinade.
Serve hot or cold.
NellieLiz 7 months agoMy husband loved this! (I don't eat shrimp.) I used reduced-sodium soy sauce, left out the parsley because I didn't have any, and only marinated for 30 minutes. Still terrific!

Seabrass 1 year agoThis is an amazing recipe, my husband loves it! The flavors of the marinade taste perfect when grilled. Next time I'm going to try without salt since soy sauce is already salty.
