| 3 tablespoonPeanut butter; - heaping amounts of either smooth or crunchy style |
| 3 tablespoonsdark soy sauce Tamari; - any soy sause will work |
| 1/4 cupapple juice; - unsweetened |
| 1 teaspoonshot sauce; - or more to taste |
| 3 tablespoonslime; juiced |
Peanut Dipping Sauce (Satay) Preparation
Place peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl. Heat on high until soften, about 20 to 25 seconds. Meanwhile mix other ingredients together. Slowly whisk mixture into warm peanut butter until fully incorporated. Serve either warm or chilled. Yealds about one cup or four servings.
