Original recipe makes 4
3 tablespoonPeanut butter; - heaping amounts of either smooth or crunchy style
3 tablespoonsdark soy sauce Tamari; - any soy sause will work
1/4 cupapple juice; - unsweetened
1 teaspoonshot sauce; - or more to taste
3 tablespoonslime; juiced

Peanut Dipping Sauce (Satay) Preparation

Place peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl. Heat on high until soften, about 20 to 25 seconds. Meanwhile mix other ingredients together. Slowly whisk mixture into warm peanut butter until fully incorporated. Serve either warm or chilled. Yealds about one cup or four servings.

I added a tablespoon of brown sugar and a teaspoon of fish sauce to the recipe. It really was good.

This may be changed to the Asian type of category, if there is not a Thailand / Thai category perhaps?
Saytay is more from Asian countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand... happy cook'n!
