Quick and easy very low carb peanut sauce great for shrimp, chicken, beef or pork.
Place peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl. Heat on high until soften, about 20 to 25 seconds. Meanwhile mix other ingredients together. Slowly whisk mixture into warm peanut butter until fully incorporated. Serve either warm or chilled. Yealds about one cup or four servings.
