| 1/4 cupCatalina Dressing; - Kraft or generic brand |
| 1/8 cupMayonnaise |
| 1/8 cupSplenda |
| 1 tablespoonSoy sauce |
| -- Garnish -- |
| 1/2 12-oz canMandarin Oranges; - drained |
| 1/2 cupPeanuts; - dry roasted or optionally, Sliced Almonds |
Coleslaw with an Oriental touch Preparation
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until completely blended. Fold into slaw and turn until completely coated. Refrigerate over night. Serve garnishing with oranges and peanuts or almonds.
Serving suggestion: Assemble one day ahead. This gives time the flavors to combine.
