Decided I couldnt be bothered finding enchilada sauce so sprinkled some Fajita seasoning in the mix and over the cheese on top. Tasted great. Keeping that change.

I bought 2 roasted chickens and used much less broth. 1/3 of what it called for. Also used fat free cream of mushrooms and carb balance tortilla. Very tasty!

This was excellent! My family loved it. I didnt care for the texture of the flour tortillas and will use white corn tortillas next time. I also made rice as a side and used the pico de gallo that i used in the enchiladas in the rice. I was delicous and added a kick to the rice. I will definitely make this again.

These are easy and awesome. I would suggest making your own enchilada sauce(do a quick search on BO for a recipe). I make extra and freeze for later use.

Delicious! I used cream of chicken and added a little of fajita seasoning plus the other ingredients told. Making this again.

I agree...it was a little too runny but over all it was an amazing dish... We substituted the mild sauce for the medium and it gave it just enough of a kick. This is definitely a repeat meal.
