Spaghetti Sauce

This sauce came from a good friend's Italian Mother-in-law. It is easy, and by far the best homemade sauce I know of. Great for both Spaghetti and Lasagna. Pssst...the secret is the sugar!

This sauce is delicious. Before I got this recipe I use to use Ragu or Prego spaghetti sauce. It never tasted right. This just screams Italian. Thanks.

This was some of the best spaghetti I've made so far. I made a large amount and the whole family ate off of it for the next three days. It even tasted better after a day or two. Thanks for the recipe.

very easy and tasted wonderful

Tastes great. I changed a few things. I halved the sugar and added a Half a cup of wine, did half Italian sausage and half beef and used two can of diced tomatoes. Next time I will also blend th tomatoes more since mine cam out more like marinara.

Pretty good sauce. I added fresh basil and sage and the flavor is better than I expected.



Needs a bit more flavor for my liking but not bad though overall.
