Low Carb Mojito

Recipes »  Drinks  »  Cocktails

This very popular Cuban drink has been de-carbed to suit diabetic diet plans. While it is low sugar it is NOT low-taste.

Notes

These are very refreshing when served with spicy Cuban "Ropa Vieja". They're not bad with burgers from the grill either.

Used sugar free ginger ale instead of soda water. Very yummy.
