Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette
Original recipe makes 6
| 2/3 cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1/4 cupBleu cheese; crumbled |
| 1/4 cupAgave nectar |
| 2 tablespoonParmesan cheese; grated |
| 1 tablespoonGarlic; minced |
| 1 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 teaspoonItalian herbs |
| 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper; ground |
| 1/4 teaspoonCrushed red pepper |
| 1/2 cupRice vinegar |
| 2 teaspoonLemon juice |
Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette Preparation
Combine all ingredients except vinegar and lemon juice in a small pan over medium heat. When mixture begins to bubble, turn off heat. When mixture is cool, combine it with rice vinegar and lemon juice in a blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute, cover and chill
