This is a great spinach salad and very easy to make.
Chill water chestnuts and sprouts. Wash and de-stem spinach.
Pat dry. Slice hardboiled eggs. Cook bacon and crumbel.
Combine in bowl.
Dressing:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and puree. Toss
with salad just before serving.
