Fast, easy snack or lunch food. NOT a dietary food!
Preheat over to 375.
Place Crescent Dinner Roll dough on ungreased non-stick baking sheet. Pinch dough together to form 4 rectangles.
Place a cheese slice on each rectangle making sure not to come within a quarter inch of any edge.
Starting at the long edge of rectangle, roll each sausage in dough. Pinch the edges and place the pinched side down on the baking sheet.
Ideally, there should be about a half inch of sausage sticking out of each end.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Variations are limited to your imagination. Try serving with nachos and Chili Cheese Dip.
My 4th of July twist on "Pigs in a Blanket", hotdogs rolled in dough.
