A light, quick and tasty way to finish a bbq.
Clean the grill top prior to cooking.
Place 2 bananas whole, per serving, on a medium heat and turn a couple of times during cooking for an even skin discolouration. As the skin turns brown to dark and juices run they are ready. Approx. 3-5 mins.
Remove from heat a make a single knife cut along the full length and spread the skin to expose the cooked fruit.
Cinnamon if required.
Apply a squirt of UHT cream or topping of choice.
Guests will look at this burnt offering and remark,"I will just have one to try it" and be straight back for the other. Trust me! Jamieo
