Two Ingredient Beer Bread
Recipes » Bread » Breads - Other
This is the simplest bread you can imagine. The loaves look rather rustic, but they're delicious, especially hot and with a smear of butter. Only two ingredients -- and no kneading! You can try different beers for different flavors. We like it made with Budweiser.
"This is the best bread and the easiest. I did add an ingredient that a friend from New Zealand told me. 1/2 cup of melted butter poured on top of bread while in pan. This makes it crispy on the outside, great taste. I also had Ranch dressing to dip it into, which makes it very tastey. Also I heard dill dip is also good. You can also makes this with soda, like coke, pepsi, orange, grape..for color. You can add cheese on top of the bread or if you use a color sprinkle some sugar on top. This Bread is the BEST!!!
