These were fantastic! I will make again but season the meat more. I used chipolte chedder sliced cheese which had a really good flavor.

These were excellent. I cut back on the cheese and added shredded/sauté mushrooms and onions in the pocket. Also a very very thin layer of Dijon on the top bun - but don't overdo that!

The recipe made 4 small hambugers. For all the prep work they really were not anything but a cheese burger with a ranch packet thrown in. Have been searching parellesly for a good hamburger recipe, and the search goes on.
