Whole Chickens          
Original recipe makes 10
1/2 poundButter
1 32-ozWicker's BBQ Sauce
2 jarsTexas Pete Honey Mustard Sauce
1 jarHoney
3/4 18-oz bottleBull's Eye Barbeque Sauce
1 cupDried onion
1 cupBrown sugar
2 tablespoonsGarlic powder
2 tablespoonsSeasoned salt
1/2 cupParsley
2 tablespoonsCajun spice

Bobby's BBQ Chicken Baste Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large pot and simmer on low for 1 - 2 hours.

Cut chickens in half. Smoke on smoker for about 45 minutes. Baste chickens often and cook about 6 hours or until they "fall apart".
