Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ready in 1 hour

A hearty main course that tastes great.

"I used leftover spiral cut ham, not cubed as that is what we had on hand. Also added a handful of shredded cheddar. It was SOOO good that we made it again 2 days later without the ham. This also inspired us to purchase a new food processor to slice the potatoes quickly, :-)"

Very good. Added to my personal recipe book. I added shredded parmesan to the layers and also to the top after removing foil during baking. Only change is less salt...parmesan added some and with the ham already, it didn't need much of what the original recipe called for.

Made this recipe tonight to use a leftover ham joint. After the 45 minute stage we added cheddar cheese onto the top layer. Lovely! And very filling! Definitely make this again!

This is perfect! My husband asks for this and for years I made it from a box. I had no idea it would be so easy to make on my own.
