I did tweak it slightly by adding green pepper and onion with the chicken and instead of the 1/4 cup cream at the end I did 1/4 cup sour cream to make the sauce thicker. Served with shredded Parmesan cheese on top. Oh and I substituted ham for prosciutto, our grocer does not carry it.11y

thekidsmom1224 ,This was fantastic; I made just a few changes: -used 3 large garlic cloves -used 1.5 amounts the cheese called for -used 3/4 of the pasta to keep the ratio of pasta/cheese/chicken the way my family likes it My 17 year old had 3rds and the kids are currently arguing over who gets to take it for lunch tomorrow.11y
kgranite79 ,This was good except the sauce was very thin, I tried thickening it but couldn't get it thick enough. It wasn't as tasty as I had hoped though. Maybe next time I'll add more cheese.12y

erinhumphrey ,My boyfriend and I cooked this together and made it a point to follow the recipe's instructions to the dot, not changing or adding anything because we rarely ever cook! We made the dish and liked it a lot except for that it was pretty salty! Lol we ended up reading the directions wrong and put 1/4 of bouillon seasoning rather than only 1/4 of ONE cube :/12y

monroexx ,I made this the other night and my boyfriend and I couldn't stop eating it! I did make some changes, I added a lot more garlic (I'm obsessed lol) and some artichokes. Definitely a new favorite in our house12y

stephmill ,Best meal I've cooked in a long time! I didn't use mushroom (not a fan). Also, I used about 4 times the amount of asiago cheese which made it perfectly thick. I went with recommendations to use more proscrutto which also was perfect. I used about 1/2 cup. I'm a garlic fanatic so I of course used more like 5 cloves. Sooooo good!!!!!12y
jakillgo ,Made this recipe but double the prosciutto and cut the mushrooms. Oh, and we used montreal chicken seasoning and sweet basil on the chicken. It was delish!13y
