Sugar Free Condensed Milk Preparation
Blend ingredients together and store, chilled, for up to one week. Use, ounce-for-ounce, as a replacement for conventional sweetened condensed milk (i.e. Eagle Brand) in cooking and baking recipes.
Each ounce contains an estimated:

SatFat: 1g, PolyFat: 0g, MonoFat: 1g

TotCarbs: 9g, Fiber: 0g, Sugars: 3g

For Comparison, one ounce of regular sweetened condensed milk contains:
