Kay's Cornbread
Delicious and so easy to make!
"I loved that the recipe uses honey and whole wheat flour to make the cornbread. We tried it last night and it is yummy! A bit sweet (of course) but so good!!"

Ingredients
| 3/4 cupHoney |
| 1 3/4 cupsWhole wheat flour |
| 1 cupYellow corn meal |
| 1 tablespoonBaking Powder |
| 1 3/4 cupsmilk |
| 1/2 cupVegetable oil |
| 2 Eggs |
Kay's Cornbread Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and pour into oiled 9 x 13" pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350
Notes
If you measure the oil in your cup first, and then the honey, the honey slides right out of the measuring cup, leaving no sticky mess!
