1 cupSourdough starter; Northwest
2 cupsWater
2 1/2 cupsFlour
3 tablespoonSugar
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/4 cupVegetable oil
1 largeEgg; well beaten
1 1/2 teaspoonBaking soda

Dave's Sourdough Pancakes Preparation

To the starter add the water and flour. Mix well cover and let stand at room temperature overnight. In the morning return 1 cup starter to the fridge, To the remaining starter add the sugar, salt, vegetable oil and egg and mix well. Add the baking soda and blend well. Let stand while you fry bacon or sausage. Fry pancakes
