Notes Easy Tilapia Preparation
Thaw unwrapped Tilapia in cold water. After thawing and unwrapping, evenly coat each side with garlic powder, salt and pepper then place on a greased cookie. Bake at 350 for about 15 min. Done!

Easy Tilapia! I made this with a fresh Tilapia filet according to the recipe. At the end I drizzled a little Balsalmic Vinegar on it which added a wonderful flavor!
