Notes Coconut Ice Cream Preparation
1. Combine the milk and cream of coconut in the container of a food processor or blender, and mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and flaked coconut. (Option) Add chocolate 5 minutes before complete.
2. Pour into the container of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

One very simple, yummy ice cream recipe. You can add chocolate chips to make Needham Icecream ( a New England treat).

This recipe was great! Next time I'll cut back on the toasted coconut, there was a littler too much toasted coconut to taste the coconut ice cream. I'll make many times over.
