1 1/3 cupsFlour
1 tablespoonBaking Powder
2 Egg yolks
1 3/4 cupmilk
1/2 cupVegetable oil
2 Egg whites

Donna's Waffles Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, stir flour, baking powder,and salt. In a small bowl, beat egg yolk with a fork, beat in milk, oil,and add to flour mix all at once. Stir til blended but still lumpy. In a small bowl beat egg whites until peaks form. Fold egg whites into flour/milk mixt. leaving a few fluffs of egg whites. Do not overmix.
