A great side dish, warm and comforting.
"I made this as part of our Thanksgiving dinner last November and everyone raved about it. My wife has asked me to make it again on more than one occasion just because it's so good. I can easily say this is our favourite recipe for Scalloped Corn. One of my variations adds one small can of drained Diced Green Chiles." - EdFredYield: 10 Ready in 1 hours

| 1 17-oz canCreamed corn |
| 1 17-oz canWhole kernel corn |
| 1 cupSour cream |
| 1 stickMargarine |
| 2 Eggs; beaten |
| 1 smallOnion; chopped |
| Salt |
| Black Pepper; freshly ground |
| 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix; or 1/2 cup cornmeal |
Scalloped Corn Preparation
Mix all ingredients, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
