Enchilladas
Original recipe makes 6
Enchilladas Preparation
Cook meat, (brown burger, cook or grill steak, slow cook chicken or pork, etc.) Add refried beans to meat, mix well. If the mixture is too thick you can add a little enchillada sauce. On a tortilla, put a generous scoop of the meat mixture, add some cheese. Roll burritto style and put in a greased baking pan. Once all the enchilladas are in the pan, add the enchillada sauce over the top. I like a lot of sauce, you can add however much you like. Then top with some more cheese and bake at 350 for about hour or until bubbly and golden brown.
