Nacho Cassarole
Original recipe makes 6
| 3/4 cupQuick cooking rice |
| 1 lb.Ground beef |
| 1 17-oz canWhole kernel corn |
| 1 12-oz canMexican style stewed tomatoes |
| 1 packageTaco seasoning |
| 1/2 cupWater |
| 1 cupDoritos; broken |
| 1 1/2 cupsCheddar cheese; shredded |
Nacho Cassarole Preparation
In a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish, spread uncooked rice in bottom. In skillet, brown meat, drain, stir in corn, tomatoes,taco seasoniing mix, water. Mix well. Spoon meat mixture over rice. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 min. top with tortilla chips then cheese. Bake 5 min or until cheese is melted.
