Tortilla Cassarole

| 1 poundSirloin steak |
| 6 tablespoonsLime juice |
| 1/2 teaspoonCayenne or chipotle pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 largeRed onion; sliced |
| 1 1/4 cupsFresh corn kernels |
| 2 tablespoonsolive oil |
| 1 16-oz canBlack beans |
| 1 16-oz canKidney beans |
| 2 Jalapeno peppers; seeded and sliced |
| 1 teaspoonChipotles, canned in adobo sauce |
| 1/4 cupChicken broth |
| 6 Corn tortillas |
| 2 cupsMonterey jack cheese; shredded |
| 4 Tomatoes; 1/4 in slices |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsOregano; chopped |
Tortilla Cassarole Preparation
marinate steak with 2 T of lime juice, chipoltle peppers,and salt for 30 min. Toss onion and corn in olive oil and saute til golden brown. Grill steak until med. Cut steak into pieces and put in bowl. Add chopped grilled onion, corn and beans,peppers, broth, remaining lime juice. Put 2 tortillas in the bottom of 9x13 pan and sprinkle with 3/4 c of cheese. spoon 1/3 of steak mix over top and add 1/3 of tomato slices and 1/2 t oregano. Repeat layers 3 times and bake covered with foil for 20 min.
uncover and bake at least 10 more min.
