Say goodbye to Aunt Jemima! Once you taste these homemade pancakes I think you'll agree they're much better than the boxed kind! Add a bit of vanilla or fruit (frozen blueberries work well) to make them extra special. If you want, mix up the dry ingredients in advance and give it away as a gift (with instructions on how to finish making the pancakes) or just store it for even quicker pancakes on Sunday mornings.

keddacakes , 3 months agoI made this recipe exactly as instructed. It tasted just like an egg. If you are going to make, I suggest one egg instead of two
tarachavez , 4 months agoI've tried plenty of different pancake recipes. Love this one. Only thing I did was separate the eggs and fold in the egg whites at the end. So they would be a lil more fluffy!
cindi57103 , 5 months agoTerrible when I used wheat flour they were really inedible
