This recipe is the best I found. I also substitute the milk for equal parts buttermilk for fluffier pancakes:)
My son Loooves these. To make them real special I sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top while the bottom is cooking and then flip them over!
I made this recipe exactly as instructed. It tasted just like an egg. If you are going to make, I suggest one egg instead of two
I've tried plenty of different pancake recipes. Love this one. Only thing I did was separate the eggs and fold in the egg whites at the end. So they would be a lil more fluffy!
Terrible when I used wheat flour they were really inedible
