Hamburger Cupcakes
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 16
| 1 lbGround beef |
| 1 18-oz canMushroom soup |
| 1/4 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1 Egg; beaten |
| 1/2 cupCheddar cheese; grated |
| 1/2 cupBread crumbs |
| Salt; to taste |
| Pepper; to taste |
| Seasonings; to taste |
| 16 slicesBread; buttered |
Hamburger Cupcakes Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients, except bread, and mix well.
2. Trim crusts from buttered bread slices.
3. Press slices, buttered side down, into muffin tins.
4. Fill full with meat mixture and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Notes
These freeze well and are good in cold lunches.
