Delicious crab meat and melted cheese to keep you warm while waiting for a holiday dinner
"I've made this twice now, added a can of artichoke hearts (chopped), fresh backfin crab and some garlic powder. Served with tortilla chips. My husband loves it. | 1 6-oz canCrabmeat; drained and flaked |
| 1 8 oz packageCream cheese |
| 1 tablespoonOnion; minced |
| 1 tablespoonLemon juice |
| 1 dashCayenne pepper |
| 1 cupCheddar cheese; shredded |
Hot Crab Dip Preparation
Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese.
Place in a small oven safe dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes untill hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers or breadsticks.

I like mine extra-crabby, so I baked in TWO cans of crabmeat instead of one, and it's still creamy and oh-so-yummy.
