Darrell's Grandma's CHICKEN SALAD Preparation

Per Dede:

Use how ever much chicken you want- usually a couple of breasts, boil or bake till done. Chop cooked chicken breast up in the grinder. I added chopped pecans and celery. (i just chopped by hand, the chopper chops them up to fine). I used Hellmann's dressing, added some Stevia, garilic powder, salt and pepper. Darrell seems to think his grandma used Miracle Whip which is sweet already, so that is why Stevia was added to the dressing. I don't measure anything, just depends on how much pecans and celery i want and then I just keep tasting it for the other. goes good on wheat thins! recipes posted by Cheryl G
