Fiber 1 Cookies

Recipes »  Desserts  »  Cookies and Bars

A great Weight Watchers cookie. They are so good and only 1 point. You have to make 9 cookies to make sure they are only 1 point.

"These were really good. I didn't think they'd stay crispy, being in the refrigerator, but I made them yesterday and they were still nice and crispy today. Very quick and easy to make."
