Pasta Milano

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Pasta

This is a "copycat" recipe for Romano's Macaroni Grill Pasta Milano that I've perfected over several attempts. We now honestly enjoy it more at home than the restaurant, because we can control the pasta-to-sauce ratio when we serve ourselves.

"This was very good. For the Alfredo sauce I just added a cup of heavy cream and extra Parmesan and let simmer. I will make this again!" - 1Chefarmiller

Loved it!...The only liberty that I took with the recipe was that I added sweet peas. Big hit with the family

This recipe is not accurate. The pasta milano is not made with alfredo sauce, but roasted garlic cream sauce. It is simply LOTS of garlic, rosemary (the key ingredient) and heavy cream.
