Preheat oven to 425F. Toss potatoes, oil, and rosemary on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread out potatoes in a single layer; season with salt and pepper. Roast, stirring once halfway through cooking, until potatoes are golden brown and crisp outside and tender inside, about 30 minutes.

Holly88 1 year agoI added an onion & some chopped garlic. For someone who is not a potato fan normally, I've made this 4 times in the last month & a half!
FuzzySapiens 1 year agoEasy and flavorful. I'd recommend checking after 20 minutes, maybe my potatoes were small, but they were a bit overdone after 30 minutes.

greyherder 2 years agoGreat, easy recipe. Recommend lowering heat to 400, otherwise potatoes are a bit dried out.
