Amica2626 3 years agoInspired by the picture, I made this then topped it with marinara sauce, mozzarella and a little parmesan (broiled till browned and bubbly) and served it over spaghetti. I used panko bread crumbs to make it a little crispier and added my own Italian spices. It was absolutely delicious and I will for sure keep it in my favorites!

williamhargraves9177 3 years agoTurned out better than I thought it would. I've cooked this several times and this last time I did an experiment. I switched out the mayo with ranch salad dressing and it was a big hit. My wife said it was perfect and I should stop experimenting with the recipe. Definitely will be cooking this again.

Bhikry 3 years agoTurned out to be surprisingly better than I thought it would be! I was afraid it will burn with no oils or won't have enough flavor- I was wrong! The mayo parmesan combo did it! Definitely one of the yummiest and easiest chicken breast recipe - worth a try!
