Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf

Recipes »  Main Dish  »  Meatloaf

Yummy!

"I'm a novice cook, so the simplicity of the ingredients and ease of preparation gets 2 thumbs up! On top of that...my boyfriend said it was the best meatloaf he's ever had. Shhh! Don't tell his mom! I did add about 1-2 tbsp of BBQ sauce along with 1-2 tsp of brown sugar to the ketchup for the glaze just because I've read a few other reviews that used those ingredients. I also used the low sodium Stove Top stuffing and it tasted wonderful. Great recipe overall! Thanks!" - picklelover83

Really easy and yummy. I also mixed in some gravy and bbq sauce to replace some of the ketchup.

Very good! I added some things but it would not have worked without the wonderful basic recipe.

My husband has only liked his Mother's meatloaf. I've never been able to measure up and I've tried several different recipes. His Mom won't give up hers. This was a total success and it's soooo easy to make. He loved it!!

So easy and yummy! I add onions, but that's the only variation. We love it!

I used 2 1/2 lbs. ground turkey, added 1/2 a grated onion and used bbq sauce instead of ketchup (upped it to 1 1/3 cups). This way it's perfectly moist and flavorful!
