This Chicken Bacon Alfredo recipe is very tasty! If you're watching weight, don't try this at home.

"Tasty! Was easy to make. I dipped the chicken in milk before breading and added salt to the breading. We're a cheese family so I used a lot more, about a cup of Colby and a cup of cheddar. I added quit a bit more mayo probably about 5-6 tbsp total, it seemed too thick with just 3 tbsp. My husband wanted more sauce so next time I'll use more Alfredo sauce. " - Ange325

4 eachskinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cupolive oil
1 cupProgresso Italian Bread Crumbs
3 tablespoonMayonnaise
1 cupColby or Jack Cheese; shredded
1 tablespoonParmesan
1 tablespoonFresh parsley; chopped
6 slicesBacon
1 cupAlfredo sauce
Salt and pepper; to taste

Chicken Bacon Alfredo Preparation

preheat oven to 375. Fry (or microwave) bacon until crispy, allow to cool. Heat olive oil on medium in 10" skillet. Rinse chicken breasts; coat generously with bread crumbs; fry in olive oil on medium/high heat until cooked through.

In small bowl, combine parsley, mayonnaise, 1/4 c. of the Colby/Jack cheese, and crumbled bacon. This should make a thick paste; if too thick add little more mayonnaise.

Transfer chicken to baking dish and coat with mixture from bowl. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, drizzle Alfredo sauce over tops and add remaining shredded cheese.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.

Loved the recipe but it definitely didn't need 30 mins in the oven

So very delish it was so tasty and had so much flavor I took advise and just browned the chicken on the stove and let it finish cooking in the oven so juicy that way will make again

This was very good. Almost decadent. The only thing I did differently was to only brown the chicken breasts in the skillet and let them finish cooking in the oven. This keeps them from drying out.

Hoodie hooo a recipe for a simpleton like ME, not bad, not bad. I like! I don't think a microwave can get a bacon crispy without burning it though!

Fantastic! I added Parmesan & parsley to the bread crumb coating before frying and some Tobasco to the Alfredo sauce for a bit of heat.
