Very quick and satifying meal for cool weather. One of our family favorites. Re-heats well.

My family went wild over this, the only tweak was green pepper sautéed with the onion ( I try to sneak veggies in whenever I can ) it was a quick easy crowd pleaser, will have to double for leftovers!

I, personally, like red chili bases but they bother my husband's stomach so I tried this one. The family LOVED it! I would give it 6 out of 10 but my family rated it a 9 and want me to make again soon so I will base my rating on theirs. Thank you for the white base alternative to traditional chili.

Really good! Even without the green chilies which I didn't have on hand.

I made this the other night for dinner and it didn't have the flavor I was hoping. It has a "kick" like what most reviewers said but there is not much flavor. My husband and i ate it gladly but both noticed something was missing.cvI like the idea of it but probably wouldn't make it again.

I added half the amount of green chiles and reduced the red pepper for my 4 and 6 year old, and we all loved it. My husband added hot sauce to his and everyone was happy!

Time making it and the fat free sour cream works perfect!

Husband thought we would be ordering pizza until he tasted it. Then he told me I could make it again. I thought it was missing something so i added corn and 1% milk. Next time I'll add fat free sour cream for the dairy.

yummy! I used chopped chicken thighs, added dived tomatoes, skipped anise and whipping cream. Sooo good, nice kick.

I always drain and rinse my beans. The liquid is obnoxiously salty ands starchy and severely changes the flavor and texture of the chili. Also I see no need for the anise. I would use thyme instead.

Very tasty but we will add a little more kick/spice to it for the next time. And fire roasted tomatoes.

Very good. Next time I'll leave the cream out; the chili doesn't need it. I'll also drain the beans or use drained hydrated dry beans instead. Love the spicy flavor!

Excellent dish! I added half can of dices tomatoes, tortilla strips and avocados! I skipped the whipping cream and anise and it was still great!

I made this a week ago (with dried beans). I left out the anise and probably added a few other spices (chili powder). It was so good! This is a new favorite, and will be making many more appearances at our table this winter.
