"It's a delicious side dish. I made it with angel hair pasta. Instead of just salt and pepper on the chicken, I used Goya Adobo and I didn't have cilantro so I put onions in the mixture. My husband and I loved it. "

It's a delicious side dish. I made it with angel hair pasta. Instead of just salt and pepper on the chicken, I used Goya Adobo and I didn't have cilantro so I put onions in the mixture. My husband and I loved it.

This was alright.. The second time i made it, I used lots of minced garlic because the cilantro and peppers gave the chicken no taste. I used lots of sea salt too, and coarse cracked pepper, and topped the chicken chicken with onion powder, fiance' loved it.
