| 16 ouncesMozzarella |
| 1/2 cupFlour |
| 2 Eggs; slightly beaten |
| 1 cupBread crumbs; Italian flavored |
| 1 cupolive oil |
| salt and pepper; to taste |
Fried Mozzarella (by Carmella "Cee" Stanco) Preparation
* Cut Mozzarella into smal squares, roll in flour, dip in egg (seasoned with salt and pepper), then roll in bread crumbs.
* Fry in hot olive oil, just long enough for bread crumbs to turn golden brown.
Serve with Marinara sauce.
