| 1 cupPeanut butter |
| 1 3/4 cupsGraham cracker crumbs |
| 2 1/3 cupsPowdered sugar |
| 2 cupsChocolate chips |
Peanut Butter Cups (by Peggy Renaldo Horyza) Preparation
* Mix butter, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar thoroughly and press into a 9 by 13 greased pan.
* Evenly melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave and spread over the top.
* Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour to set.
* Cut with sharp knife to desired size
