from my dear Sister
"I have to say, I dreaded making this dish. I was making it because hubby loves his grandmother's run noodle. (I hate it!) He had
not had her's in years so I wanted to make him this.
I was shocked at how yummy it was! (much better than Gram's!) I ate 2 huge helpings and will be making it again! And yes, hubby loved it too! :D"

SusanK8123 2 months agoQuick to make! I seasoned the mix with a little shrimp seasoning to give it a little kick. I also subbed in potatoe chips instead of the breadcrumbs (my husband has to have it this way!), very good. I think he had three helpings!
Lgrivett 5 months agoI prepared as written and it was bland and flavorless. We ended up dumping the entire casserole.

sharontea 12 months agoSo good! I used Greek Yogurt and Pepperjack Cheese only because I didn't have the other ingredients on hand, and it was delicious! Perfect mixture of crispy and creamy. I also made my own sourdough breadcrumbs. Something made this recipe an interesting touch of sweet :)
YCarter 1 year agoWould probably add peas and add more moisture by using cream of mushroom soup.
Mseudy 1 year agoDelicious! Next time I'll add peas.

Doctorjkl 1 year agoIf you're substituting cream of mushroom or cream of celery (or anything else for that matter) then you aren't making the same recipe, are you? This makes the ratings totally inaccurate.
deliccate 1 year agoAdded some Greek yogurt and some Goya seasoning, tastes great!
